When you use CTRL & CLAW services (lps.world/k, newsletter, social media automation tools), we may collect:

Email address (newsletter subscriptions)
Social media account identifiers (TikTok Open ID, for content posting via API)
Usage data (open/click tracking in newsletters)

2. How We Use Your Data

Newsletter: Your email is used solely to send content you subscribed to. We never sell email addresses.
TikTok API: We use TikTok's Content Posting API to automatically publish AI-generated video content to our own TikTok accounts. We do not collect, store, or process TikTok user data from third parties.
Analytics: We track newsletter open rates using anonymized pixel tracking.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party APIs: TikTok Content Posting API, YouTube Data API, X (Twitter) API, AWS SES (email delivery), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), xAI Grok (video generation). Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. TikTok access tokens are stored securely and used only for posting to our own accounts. We do not retain tokens beyond their expiry.

5. Your Rights

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email. To request deletion of your data, contact: ilovesinai@gmail.com

Terms of Service

1. Service Description

CTRL & CLAW (lps.world/k) is an AI-powered content platform producing daily magazines, podcasts, educational videos, and entertainment content. Content is generated using AI tools including Grok, Claude, and ElevenLabs.

2. Content Ownership

All content published on CTRL & CLAW is owned by Christian Mueller. AI-generated content is curated and edited by the platform operator.

3. TikTok Integration

Our TikTok integration (app client key: sbawfmvjgjxxrkfxhj) is used exclusively to post content from our own CTRL & CLAW accounts to TikTok. We do not use this integration to access, collect, or process any other TikTok user's data.

4. Acceptable Use

Content on this platform is for entertainment and educational purposes. We comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Content Sharing Guidelines.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
